  1. Nice! The other night, Dexcom woke me up saying my sugar was 57…when I tested, it was actually 33. After eating a handful of glucose tabs, I went back to sleep. An hour later, Dex woke me up again saying 55. Nope, really 29! Another handful of glucose tabs washed down with a cup of cider and a few bites of cold pizza. Set my basal to zero for 2 hours, slept the rest of the night and woke up with a sugar of 200. Sigh.

  2. If I may, one more blurb of frustration with Dex. Last night, my hubby took me away for a night. I threw an extra sensor in my suitcase just in case, because last week my sensor failed on day 5. So…fell asleep for about 45 minutes, and Dex starts buzzing. Sensor Error No. 1, whatever the hell that is. It kept going for a half hour or so, so I changed it. Again, it’s only day 5. Now that I have access to my Interwebz again, I see that I could have waited an hour and told it a number to recalibrate it. Arg. Sorry for all the bitching. Thanks for listening 🙂

  3. Ok, Stacey – I’m TOTALLY jealous here! In all my times of trying to match up meters, that’s never happened. Yes, on the CGM and meter. But not like that. There must have been BG Magic in the air! Nicely done!
